BREAKTHROUGH COACHING
LESLIE WINICK, C.P.C.C.

Certified Professional Co-Active Coach

Support and perspective to help you get through the stuff of life

What do you want out of your life? Now is the time to figure that out and take the next steps to getting it. This is your chance to dig deeper and make the changes that will have an impact on your everyday life, as well as the long term. No matter what's going on in your life, this is the perfect opportunity to change things. Keep reading, then give me a call.

Whether you feel stuck, need motivation, or want to hit refresh, I offer personal, professional, and executive coaching that will help you think about your life, your career, your relationships, (and most importantly), get to a breakthrough that will make a difference.

People wonder if coaching is useful, valid, or just too weird. (All good things to wonder.) After studying coaching — I'm certified by the

Co-Active Coaches Training Institute — and seeing clients reach new heights, I know it's an effective and powerful tool to help you make a change and feel proactive about your life. Sometimes it's just too hard to talk to friends, family, significant others, bosses, or colleagues about challenging, important, tricky, (or previously unspoken) things in your life. That's when a coach will be a reliable and trusted partner, helpful inspirer, and supportive motivator.

Coaching helps you explore different areas in your life (work, career, relationships, health, sense of well-being) with someone who is on your side. A coach will help you find new perspectives, consider new options, and explore new attitudes. My approach to coaching centers on your future and what you can do to make things better

day-to-day and over the long term. Coaching is not therapy, and it's not consulting — but it is life-changing. (For more information about the differences in these three disciplines, go to the About Coaching page.)

The work of coaching is about you learning to be proactive in your own life. It requires a real commitment from you, the client, but if you put in the time and energy, the insights and rewards can be remarkable. (I'd describe them as transformational but realize that sounds a bit over the top. Then again, it can be exactly that.)

In other words, I wouldn't be coaching unless I thought it had real value. If you, or someone you know, might find coaching of interest, I'd love to have a conversation and see if we're a good match.
